Life is beautiful…and life is painful!
Look around.…you can find beauty almost anywhere you look. Daffodils blooming to tell us it’s spring. The sound of children playing. A bright orange sunset over the ocean. A smile on the face of a trusted friend.
But it’s only a matter of time before the pain of being human creeps in. A betrayal in relatIonship. Realizing you didn’t get what you needed growing up. A trauma that feels too big to address. The loss of a dream. Not feeling like you are enough.
Sometimes the pain feels consuming…like you are just barely above water. Often times we find ways to cope that begin to wear us down over time. But we don’t know how to get out of the cycle. Pain-cope-pain-cope.
You aren’t meant to figure it out alone
Life often tells us to get over it. Pull ourselves up. Move on.
But the only way to the other side is through it. And we aren’t meant to journey this difficult path alone.
Health and healing ARE possible
It’s important to understand “the why” of how we operate in order to begin the “what now.” Patterns can change. We can return to the truest version of ourselves. We just need someone to help us chip away at what isn’t working for us.
There is a path to healing…you don’t have to go it alone!
